Paneer Jalfrezi

You Need

1 1/2 inch (200 g) - paneer dices
1 - onion
1 - capsicum
1 - tomatoes
2 tbsp - oil
1 tbsp - ginger and garlic paste
1 tbsp - malt vinegar / lemon juice
1 tbsp - chopped coriander
1 tsp - jeera
3/4 tsp - dhania powder
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
salt to taste


1. Heat oil and add jeera.
2. When it crackles, add ginger and garlic paste and saute it
3. Add diced onion and diced capsicum, toss for a minute
4. Add dry masalas and toss
5. Add diced paneer, chopped coriander and malt vinegar or lemon juice
6. cook for 1-2 minute
7. Add diced tomatoes and cook for another 2 mins
8. Garnish with chopped coriander
